The Fisba µPhase MicroInterferometer, with a base unit the size of a matchbox, has a modular design for easy adaptation to the application. It is compatible with several mechanical mounts than can be modified for custom testing setups. The interferometer automatically mea-sures with l/20 accuracy and has l/100 repeatability. It also tracks productivity quality and accuracy on the production line.
