Teledyne Princeton Instruments
The TriVista triple spectrometer introduced by Princeton Instruments allows software-based switching between additive and subtractive modes, without external hardware. Spectral resolution is <0.003 nm, and wavelength range is from 200 nm to 2.2 µm. The device captures Raman spectra as close as 3 cm21 from the Rayleigh line. Because of its modular construction, it can be used as three separate spectrometers, as a double spectrometer or as a combination. Multiple entrance options allow interface to microscopes, sample chambers, fiber adapters and free-space optics.See full product
