Soft Imaging System has extended its analySis platform with trackIt software for analyzing single and multiple objects in motion, automatically or manually. The program graphically displays the object trajectories determined with regard to velocity, direction and track length. Acquisition of an image stack in terms of area and time is executed via the analySis imaging software, making it possible to automatically operate microscopes, motorized stages and digital cameras. Images and analysis data can be archived in the integrated database.
