Enwave Optronics Inc. has launched its patent-pending FSL series single-transverse-mode lasers for Raman microscopy and imaging applications. They feature central wavelength stability of ±0.5 nm and a spectral linewidth of 0.04 nm, and produce 50 mW of maximum output. The devices are available in 670-, 785-, 808- and 830-nm wavelengths and in stand-alone and compact OEM configurations. Laser lifetime is in excess of 10,000 h.
