The HASO HR 80, based on a proprietary rotated square concept, provides up to 6400 measurement points and increases the phase measurement resolution. Aperture dimensions are 12 × 12 mm, tilt measurement sensitivity is 1 µrad, focus measurement sensitivity is 5.1024 m21, and spatial resolution is ~150 µm. The sensor operates from 350 to 1100 nm and over the 15 to 30 °C temperature range.
