PYROMETER CONTROLLER Fisba Optik AG has extended its PyroS line with the Pyro Controller, whose compact design and Ethernet and VNC interfaces make it suitable for integration into higher-order automation systems. A single interface sets the pyrometer's and the laser system's parameters. Access to measure and control data is simple and provides a complete record of production data. A monitor, a keyboard and a mouse can be connected directly to the controller to enable its use as a PC. Response time is <100 ms, so that the chosen processing temperature is maintained precisely during welding or soldering, as it continuously computes and calls down the optimum amount of power from the laser.
