CROSSED ROLLER SLIDES A line of high-precision ball and crossed roller slides with straight-line accuracy of 0.000040 in. per inch of travel has been launched by Del-Tron Precision. Repeatability is 0.000020 in., carriage surface flatness is 0.0001 in. per inch, and bearing way surfaces are held to submicron tolerances. The slides' all-stainless-steel balls, rollers, ways, preloaded gibs and fasteners withstand harsh environments. The ball slides are offered in low-profile and flange base styles with 0.5- up to 10.0-in. travel. Crossed roller slides come in the same styles, with 1.0- to 10.0-in. travel.
