Innovative Photonic Solutions (IPS) has developed spectrum-stabilized diode laser modules that provide single-frequency output with high beam quality at wavelengths from 700 to 2400 nm. In contrast to traditional DFBs, DBRs and external-cavity lasers, these diffraction-limited lasers offer stable operation over a temperature range from 10 to 60 °C, with output power exceeding 250 mW and polarization extinction ratios of >20 dB. Applications include direct-diode frequency doubling, trace gas sensing and Raman spectroscopy. The systems, designed for high-volume manufacturability and low cost, are available at 785-, 976- and 1570-nm wavelengths. Custom wavelengths are available upon request.
