The IPX-VGA210 and IPX-VGA210C imagers launched by Imperx Inc. are monochrome and color versions of a CCD digital camera that operates at 210 fps with full VGA resolution, and at up to 1600 fps with 228 × 164-pixel resolution. The user has control over settings and parameters, from the CCD sensor to the Camera Link output. Parameters include selection of window size, horizontal and vertical binning, shutter speeds from 1/40,000 to >10 s, dual-channel gain/offset, asynchronous external triggering, pre-exposure and capture duration, strobe output, gamma correction, frame rate, 8 or 10 bits per pixel, and single- or dual-tap output.
