The Tritor 200/20 three-axis nanopositioner from piezosystem jena GmbH, designed for microscopy applications, provides a linear travel range of 235 × 235 × 30 µm and a central clear aperture of 50 × 50 mm. Internal lever transmission enables a total stroke of 235 µm in the X- and Y-axes, and a direct piezodrive provides 30-µm motion. Active tilt error compensation is integrated for the Z-axis drive. The instrument is suitable for vacuum and/or low-temperature applications, and for imaging, cell tracking and scanning.
