SCAN CAMERAS Available in color and monochrome versions, the IPX-VGA90 and -120 high-speed progressive-scan cameras from Imperx Inc. feature programmable operation, Camera Link output and a rate of 90 and 120 fps, respectively, at full resolution of 640 × 480 pixels. They also provide 8- to 10-bit digital resolution, dynamic gamma and noise resolution. Among the programmable functions are resolution, frame rate, electronic shutter, long integration, external trigger, pre-exposure, strobe output, gain and offset. Applications include surveillance, machine vision and monitoring of fast processes.
