Toptica Photonics AG offers DFB laser diodes in virtually any wavelength between 760 and 1600 nm for applications such as spectroscopy, gas sensing and lidar seeding. With stock availability in popular 766-, 780-, 795-, 852-, 895-, 935- and 1360-nm wavelengths, the diodes achieve an output of up to 100 mW in the NIR spectral range. They incorporate low-noise driving electronics, and have a linewidth of 2 to 4 MHz and tuning rates of up to 1 to 2 GHz/mA and 25 GHz/°C. The diodes also feature mode-hop-free tuning ranges of up to 1200 GHz.
