CMOS CAMERA Measuring 50 X 50 X 53 mm, the BCi4-6400 CMOS camera manufactured by C-Cam Technologies features 3.5-µm square pixels that can be used to define a window of interest within a 2208 × 3000-pixel area. Suitable for machine vision applications, it includes a dual-slope image sensor, offers 8-, 10- or 12-bit digital output, and provides a dynamic range of up to 90 dB when combined with the nondestructive readout mode. Features include subsampling modes, a rolling shutter with remote and local synchronization, low dark current and 16-MB in-camera memory. Available in monochrome or color versions, the camera can be used with a serial LVDS, USB 2.0, IEEE-1394 or Camera Link interface.
