Del-Tron Precision Inc. has developed the BSG series of subminiature recirculating ball slide guides that provide a friction-free mechanical interface for reciprocating mechanisms. They have carriages as small as 0.614 in. long, 0.472 in. wide and 0.236 in. high. Each module comprises a block guide and a guide rail, each with two R-shape raceway grooves that are precision ground. The grooves feature a large contact area for large-load capacity and long life.
