Fujinon Inc. has introduced the D60312.5, a 1/2-in. supertelephoto lens for security and surveillance applications. The lens measures 354 mm in length and has a focal range of 12.5 to 1500 mm, making it suitable for use by corporate, security and government video professionals. It features an override that allows the operator to manually control iris adjustments, and day/night capability with an extended focal length. The lens also includes a selection of control methods, such as CCTV and RS-232C.
