FIBER COUPLER The FiberDock produced by Toptica Photonics AG is a compact fiber coupler that provides easy alignment and maximum coupling efficiency of up to 85% with SM or PM-SM fibers, and 90% with MM fibers. It can be used with both PC and APC connectors and offers long-term stability and straightforward handling. Based on individual laser parameters such as wavelength from 350 to 2000 nm and beam diameter of up to 6 mm, a suitable focusing lens can be selected and installed. The coupler can be fixed on a variety of company-supplied mounting adapters or directly to a laser. The independent alignment axes reduce crosstalk and hysteresis.
