The System 2500 focal plane array test system from Pulse Instruments consists of a 50-MHz data generator, eight clocks, eight DC
biases and one channel of 10-MHz, 12-bit data acquisition. Options can be added to customize the system. Each data acquisition
card has global offset correction, amplification, filtering, correlated double sampling, A/D converter and 16 MB of RAM per
channel. The test system includes software for basic test and operation of all instruments included in the system.
