SPECTROMETER Aryelle-Butterfly is an echelle spectrometer manufactured by Lasertechnik Berlin GmbH (LTB) for simultaneous elemental analysis via laser-induced plasma spectroscopy. The instrument detects elements in wavelengths from 175 to 750 nm, with spectral resolution of 35,000 in the vacuum-UV and of 15,000 in the UV/VIS/near-IR ranges. The spectra of two symmetrically arranged spectrographs illuminate a shared detector. They can be freely dimensioned in regard to the parameters of the entrance slit, the echelle grating, the prism and the imaging optics. The system is available either with a CCD with chopper or with an intensified CCD. Included Sophi software controls all functions.
