Scancube 10 has been added to Scanlab AG's line of scan heads. The device, which measures 1 liter in volume, weighs <1.9 kg and has a 10-mm aperture, is optimized for industrial marking applications. Based on the company's dynAxis S galvanometer scanners, it can mark at speeds of 2 m/s and write up to 640 characters per second with a tracking error of 0.18 ms. The scan head can be equipped with an analog or a digital interface and can be controlled via a Scanlab RTC PC interface or Scanalone board.
