Newport - ILX Lightwave, PhotonicsRequest Info

The LDX-3232 laser diode current source has been released by ILX Lightwave for controlling high-compliance voltage devices such as quantum cascade laser diodes. It delivers up to 4 A of low-noise current at up to 15 V with better than 20-ppm stability. Based on proprietary precision current source and fourth-generation laser diode protection technologies, it accepts a TTL input that can be configured to turn off the output to the laser diode in an overtemperature situation. Features include dual current ranges, constant power control, fine/coarse set-point control, forward voltage adjustment and measurement, and an external modulation input.
