The ST60 and ST60R silicon-based thermopile detectors have been unveiled by Dexter Research Center Inc. The former is available in three sizes: The Micro TO measures 4.09 mm in diameter, the TO-5, 9.07 mm, and the TO-18, 5.33 mm. The ST60R package features a diffractive lens. All offer flat spectral response from the UV to the far-IR, with a linear signal output from 10−6 to 0.1 W/cm2. Operating range is from −50 to 100 °C, with short exposure up to 125 °C. Typical responsivity is 50.5 V/W, with minimum and maximum values of 40.7 and 60.3 V/W, respectively.
