Request InfoLumiledsWithout enlarging the packaging or the chip size, Lumileds Lighting LLC has increased the output performance for all of the InGaN colors (white, blue, cyan, green and royal blue) of its Luxeon I high-power LEDs, an increase of 45%. The white emitters' output increased from 31 to 45 lumens, and the colors' output showed similar improvement. Because the price of the improved LEDs has not changed, they now offer more lumens per dollar. Applications include LCD televisions and monitors, and architectural, entertainment and vehicle lighting.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 3/31/2023High-power LEDsJ Series® 5050C E-Class LEDs from Cree LED Inc. feature long lifetimes for directional lighting applications.
