LASER DIODE DRIVER The LDDL-1 laser diode driver from Clark-MXR Inc. measures 6 × 3.5 × 3 in., offers current stability of better than 0.15% and outputs at up to 2000 mA. A microcontroller eliminates analog control, and an easy-to-use keypad eliminates potentiometer controls. A dual 5-V/Universal AC adapter supply is included. The driver is compatible with fiber pigtail laser diodes with up to 600 mW of output. Available with or without the diode, it provides low-noise LCD digital readout.
