Optronic Laboratories Inc. has released the OL 770-MDPS motorized display positioning system for use in the spectral measurement of displays. The 30 × 22 × 24-in. system is constructed of black anodized aluminum and features linear bearings and stainless steel shafts to offer smooth, jitter-free panning at two jog speeds. It has a 12 × 12-in. range of motion with Z-axis or rotary options and a resolution of 0.001 in. per step. The maximum test load is 50 lb. A keypad offers remote control of the direction of movement and the jog speed, and a 110- or 220-VAC power supply is included.
