Lee Laser Inc.’s industrial-grade frequency-doubled Nd:YAG lasers with an emission wavelength at 532 nm are now configured to pump Ti:sapphire lasers. The diode- or lamp-pumped Nd:YAG lasers produce pulse energies of up to 24 mJ at a 1-kHz pulse rate and up to 10 mJ at a 10-kHz rate. There are seven models in the series, with average output powers of 25 to 100 W. All are Q-switched, and the Q-switch pulse rate can be selected from a front panel control or controlled by a user-supplied computer. The output power of a Ti:sapphire laser depends on the power of its pump laser source.
