Epoxies Etc. has developed 60-7105, a one-component UV-curable adhesive, coating and potting compound that cures within seconds when exposed to UV light. The low-viscosity urethane compound self-levels around intricate electronic designs. It can cure in deep sections and adheres to most substrates, including aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, glass and nylon. It is available in prepackaged syringes, quarts and gallons. Operating temperature is from −50 to 155 °C.
