Dymax Corp. introduces its UVCS series conveyors for fast, consistent curing of UV resins, adhesives, sealants and coatings. For 6- or 12-in.-wide curing, the system can be equipped with up to four of the company’s 5000-EC lamps or up to two Fusion F300S lamps with either mercury or metal halide bulbs; it also is available without the lamps to customers who already own them. The conveyors, which run at 1 to 80 ft/min, have a cooling system, exhaust fan and stack to reduce part temperature.
