The company says that the prism add-on module has been improved and, combined with the multiple aperture add-on module, can accurately evaluate individual prism surfaces within an array on a polishing plate. A new connection algorithm provides more reliable results when measuring test sample arrays such as lenses or prisms pitched onto polishing heads or plates. A switch function added to the adjustment toolbar simplifies selection of alignment fit options for efficient sample analysis. Each software package is supplied with a USB dongle.
