ASD.jpgThe LabSpec 2500/2600 series portable postdispersive spectrometers have been launched by Analytical Spectral Devices (ASD) Inc. They cover the range from 350 to 2500 nm and offer Ethernet and optional wireless functionality. The rugged package has nonslip urethane end caps. Along with the company’s Indico Pro software, the devices are compatible with LabView. They offer enhanced remote diagnostics, an embedded remote trigger port and the proprietary near-IR cooled InGaAs TurboScanner technology. The rapid, nondestructive systems produce low stray light and are suitable for use with solids, powders, slurries and liquids. They come with standard SMA 905 fiber optic connectors and a variety of sampling accessories.
