ILX Lightwave Corp. has introduced the LDX-3600 series current sources for controlling and testing high-power laser diodes. Five models offer currents of 10 to 120 A, with a compliance voltage of up to 10 V in both CW and quasi-CW modes. The company says that they deliver high set-point accuracy and low output noise.
