Model 3200S Class 3a Semiconductor Laser

MELBOURNE, Fla., June 23, 2006 -- Elk Industries LLC, through its R-K Manufacturing division, has introduced a general-purpose semiconductor version of its popular portable HeNe laser model 3200.

elkindustries.jpgThe model 3200S is a Class 3a handcrafted laser that meets/exceeds federal standards 21 CFR 1040.10 for safety and reporting requirements, the company said. A 0.125-in. aluminum power supply protective housing features "laser"-marked labels and a hand-polished bronze laser head. Elk Industries said the model 3200S is being used for applications including cold laser therapy, education and laser light shows.
