Request InfoVoxtel Inc.High-sensitivity avalanche photodiodes for high-bandwidth applications have been announced by Voxtel Inc. They deliver avalanche noise of keff <0.18 and high quantum efficiency over the near-IR from 0.9 to 1.7 μm, including the eye-safe wavelengths >1.4 μm. The company says that its custom-engineered VDA series InGaAs avalanche photodiodes provide enhanced responsivity over both PIN detectors and conventional designs, while offering high-speed response and low noise.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Autumn 2023 IssueLine Scan Image SensorThe GL1402 2k Line Scan Image Sensor from Gpixel features a horizontal resolution and a pixel size of 14 µm for color sorting, offering a balance of performance and advanced line rates. ...Vision Spectra Spring 2023 IssueEmbedded AI ComputerThe AIE-CP1A-A1 embedded computer from Aetina Corp. is an artificial intelligence inference system for object detection, human motion detection, and automated inspection.
