Specifically for applications that require compact size and low noise, PolyScience has designed the 4200 series recirculators to provide 4500 W of heat removal for process temperatures from 16 to 40 °C with ±1.0 °C stability. A microprocessor-based controller compensates for variations in temperature and flow rate. A heater automatically maintains outlet temperature at a set point when cooling demand drops. Transferring waste heat directly to the facility’s water supply via a high-capacity liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger provides economical heat removal for industrial equipment processes.
