lCOMP Alpine Research Optics' line of components designed for high-power, frequency-multiplied Nd:YAG lasers feature mirrors, plate polarizers and partial reflectors for operation at the 355-, 266- and 216-nm Nd:YAG harmonics. The long lifetimes of the laser optics can be attributed to their specialized UV coatings as well as excimer UV-grade fused silica substrates that are combined with advanced polishing processes to minimize surface and bulk material damage.
