Request InfoCoherent Inc.Coherent Inc.'s Laser Group has developed broadband optics for the Mira mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser that make it unnecessary to change its optics to get wide wavelength coverage. X-Wave covers the wavelength range from 680 to 950 nm, and typical measurements from the Mira system with the Verdi pump laser show noise to be less than 0.1 percent rms.
