The ultracompact, monolithic, short-pulsed solid-state lasers output at 946, 1030, 1047, 1053 or 1064 nm with peak powers of up to 50 kW. Configured to customer specifications, they provide pulse widths from 0.1 to 10 ns with a diffraction-limited beam and produce energies from nanojoules to 40 μJ. Repetition rates from single shot to 300 kHz are possible. The OEM driver is a 100 × 90 × 8-mm board, and laboratory-based systems also are offered. These include a laser head that is the size of a AA battery, a 66 × 100 × 64-mm diode unit and a 44 × 105 × 170-mm controller.
