Nanonics_FourTowers2.jpgThe MV4000 multiprobe scanned probe microscopy systems manufactured by Nanonics Imaging Ltd. independently scan four probes with ultralow noise in a variety of imaging modalities. Proprietary and patented ultrathin 3D FlatScanners are used with probes designed with exposed tips for contact within 10 nm. The X- and Y-scanning range is 160 μm, and the Z-range is 130 μm. The systems can be easily integrated with confocal and micro-Raman imaging for online chemical mapping and tip-enhancement Raman with multiple plasmonic probes. Nonlinear optical second harmonic and 4 pi microscopies also are enabled.
