The LD-Ultrabond UV-curable adhesives and compounds produced by LuminDynamics are single-component, rapid-cure products that cure on command by exposure to short- or long-wavelength UV light-emitting systems. They are cured solely with UV radiation or may be used in combination with primer-initiated curing mechanisms where light is obstructed. All of the adhesives respond to exposure of 100-mW/cm2 at 365 nm. Applications include electronic component bonding, sealing and coating, audio speaker assembly, optical-related assemblies, and medical device applications that involve the assembly of catheters, cannule and disposable devices.
