The company applies multiple coatings on a single substrate with dimensions as small as 100 μm, accuracy of ±1 μm and feature placement accuracy of ±5 μm. Operating from the near-UV to the infrared, the filters can be applied to a variety of substrates in various shapes and sizes, as well as to wafer substrates of up to 100 mm in diameter in materials including silicon, glass, sapphire and fused silica. They meet strict adhesion and durability standards and maintain stability in extreme temperatures and harsh conditions.
