The RX-102B-CB ruthenium oxide resistance cryogenic temperature sensor from Lake Shore Cryotronics Inc. is calibrated from 20 mK to 40 K and is monotonic from 10 mK to 300 K. Below 1 K, the sensor is calibrated against PTB-traceable thermometer standards and nuclear orientation thermometry. Calibrations are accurate to ±2 mK at 20 mK, ±3 mK at 30 mK, ±4 mK at 40 mK and ±5 mK from 50 mK to 1 K. The sensor can be used with the company’s model 370 AC resistance bridge, which can multiplex up to 16 channels and which includes patented noise reduction features to enable low-noise ultralow-temperature resistance measurements.
