Warm-, neutral- and cool-white color temperatures and standard InGaN and AlInGaP colors are available. The cool-white model exceeds 70 lm/W at 350 mA. The LEDs measure 3 × 4.5 mm — 75% smaller than other surface-mount power LEDs, according to the company. The devices’ ceramic-based packaging withstands high heat, with a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C.
