Servometer/Precision Manufacturing Group LLC presents microminiature electrodeposited nickel bellows manufactured with diameters as small as 0.020 in. (0.5 mm) that are dynamically flexible.

Servometer microbellows can bend, compress, cycle, and are helium leak-tight. Servometer microminiature metal bellows can be used as miniature flexible microcouplings, microhermetic seals, pressure-responsive devices, aneroids, electrical contacts or precision microsprings.

Electrodeposited nickel bellows are ideal for dynamic applications where precision, repeatability, reliability and long-life capability are critical requirements. Servometer microbellows can be designed for a variety of stroke and pressure combinations.
