SAN DIEGO, July 10, 2007 -- Cymer Inc.'s OnPulse light source support and parts service provides 24/7 remote monitoring capability and proactive tuning and maintenance by certified Cymer field service engineers.
Cymer said OnPulse clarifies and simplifies laser operations support by eliminating "the confusing cost of consumables parts transactions, which may mask parts and labor expenses. OnPulse combines all laser operating costs in a transparent manner that is aligned with chipmakers' business cycles and goals."
