Request InfoMaster Bond Inc.HACKENSACK, N.J., July 31, 2007 -- Achieving high-performance cures at low temperatures has long been a problem for epoxy resin compositions. Master Bond Inc. said it has overcome this problem with its EP27 two-component epoxy resin system. In 6-mm thick films, EP27 will set in as little as two hours at only 40 °F and will cure in 48-72 hours, the company said. The product also features remarkably high physical strength properties, superior chemical resistance and outstanding electrical insulation characteristics over a wide temperature range. EP27 has a noncritical mix ratio of 2 to 1 by weight or volume and a...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content June 2022 IssueC-RED 2 Extended Range: New Perspectives in SWIR ImagingWhile standard InGaAs detectors cover a spectral range from 900 to 1700 nm, ER-InGaAs detector sensitivity is shifted towards higher wavelengths up to 2200 nm, and this is a real breakthrough in SWIR...Photonics.com 4/10/2023Light-Curing AdhesiveThe Master Bond LED415DC90 is a one component adhesive system that cures rapidly upon exposure to a 405-nm wavelength LED light source without any oxygen inhibition.
