Baumer.jpgThe TX series FireWire cameras have been introduced by Baumer Optronic GmbH. Their modular setup supports the IEEE-1394b interface with data transfer rates of up to 80 MB/s. The TXF and TXD lines each comprise monochrome and color versions of six models, with resolutions from VGA up to 2 million pixels and rates of up to 90 fps. With increased bandwidth, the TXF models support asynchronous data transfer, and the TXD models support isochronous data transfer. All are FireWire a- and b-compatible. Progressive-scan CCD sensors and 12-bit signal processing produce high-quality images.
