Integrated thermoelectric cooling maintains a stable operating temperature. Optical output power is 5 mW, typical operating voltage is 3 VDC, maximum operating current is 400 mA, and operating temperature is from –10 to 50 °C. Typical beam size is 2.4 mm, and typical beam divergence is 0.3 mrad. The laser has a TEM00 beam with M2 of 1.2 maximum and is supplied in an anodized aluminum housing.
