Via a double-pulse technique, individual ultrahigh-resolution intensified CCD sensors controlled by state-of-the-art electronics produce two images per sensor. A hybrid beamsplitter overcomes parallax and improves resolution. The camera produces 1360 × 1024-pixel 12-bit images.
