MANCHESTER, N.H., Nov. 12, 2007 -- The OmniStrip 9450 is a compact, flexible cut and strip machine that can process a wide variety of wire and cable applications. Features include an indexing cutter head, flexible programming and an intuitive user interface with standard templates for common processes that allows user to define their own processess.

It also includes raw material and processing libraries, making it easer to program and edit multiple jobs. The libraries are set up as a database, allowing simple programming of complex operations.

lunaelp.jpgThe OmniStrip 9450 is an electric-powered machine that requires no compressed air. Multiple blade sets can be mounted on the indexing cutter head and selected automatically during operation. Belt-type transport units provide precise and gentle cable transport and provide excellent traction.

The tooling for the OmniStrip 9450 is compatible with the entire PowerStrip product line. In addition, customer-specific devices can be controlled by the machine. The system can be used as standalone machine or in combination with various accessories (marking, coiling, stacking, etc.) to create a fully automatic cable processing line.
