Matched to exclude contamination risks, the device is equipped with Pirani and cold-cathode-sensor technologies to provide a 5 × 10–9 to 1000-mbar measurement range and insensitivity to gas inrush. Digital measurement allows users to control the cold-cathode sensor via an external software command for minimal vacuum-process interference and for accuracy comparable to that of hot cathodes.
