Kipp-&amp;amp;-Zonen-UVST-HighRes.jpgThe UVS radiometers launched by Kipp & Zonen BV feature a replaceable precision quartz dome, a specially shaped diffuser for good cosine response of <2.5% error at a 70° zenith angle, built-in leveling and a screw-in drying cartridge that minimizes internal humidity. The five models in the series measure UV-A and UV-B irradiance, erythemally active UV irradiance, and UV-A and erythemally active UV irradiance. The radiometers are packaged in sealed, weather-resistant cases made of protected aluminum to enable continuous outdoor operation. All models have an analog voltage output proportional to the measured UV irradiance, and the dual-band models have two independent signal outputs. Applications include meteorology, biology, medicine and materials testing.
